Data Deletion Policy for Fluid Slate Facebook App
1. Overview
In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, Fluid slate provides this policy to inform users how they can request the deletion of their data collected through Facebook Login.
2. Data We Collect
When you log in to Fluid slate using Facebook, we may collect the following information as permitted by your privacy settings:
Public Profile: Name, profile picture, and age range.
Email Address: Used for account communication and login verification.
User ID: A unique identifier provided by Facebook to link your account.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. You can do this through two methods:
Method A: Via Facebook Settings (Recommended)
Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Click on Apps and Websites.
Find Fluid slate and click Remove.
Check the box that says "Delete posts, videos or events Fluid slate posted on your timeline" and click Remove again.
Click on View Removed Apps and Websites and click on Fluid slate.
Click Send Request to notify us to delete your data.
Method B: Manual Request
Send an email to opentickets@blansys.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include your full name or the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 5 business days.
4. What Happens After Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
Your account on Fluid slate will be permanently closed.
All personal records, including preferences and activity history, will be removed from our active databases.
Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes where permitted by law.
