During this difficult and extraordinary time, Blanchard technicians are working remotely to provide the same level of support our customers have come to expect. We are deeply saddened by the events around the world surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak and hope that all of you and your families are safe during this unprecedented event. We will continue working remotely and will monitor this rapidly evolving situation following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and local State government recommendations to help prevent further spread of the COVID-19 virus.
At this time, we have suspended any major upgrades to our Hosted Systems (SendMyAd, Virtual Publisher, Asset Studio and ES) until further notice. All customers under support should expect no change in our support service levels, and our help desk remains open and operational as usual for any issue requiring support.
